Early Moves

Early Moves is a new programme currently being piloted in twelve of our cities Early Years settings.

The focus is on pre school development and concentrates on Balance and Coordination as the foundation to build towards a Basic Moves programme.

Our pilot schools are currently performing a baseline assessment of their childrens abilities. We are currently sharing ideas and resources with all those settings involved. If you have any resources that you would like to share with us please send them to jamie.houghton@schools.sunderland.gov.uk
